How do you get more value from a project?
- Compare itemized quotes. Seeing each line shows where the money goes. How to compare quotes.
- Bundle related work. Ask whether doing two nearby projects together makes sense for the schedule.
- Plan ahead. Starting the quote process early gives you time to compare and choose materials.
- Ask about timing. Interior projects can often be scheduled in winter; ask a partner what works for yours.
